What does Semi-Managed means?
Semi-managed services means that it is at the support agent's choice whether to provide support related to web software or not. Any kind of support related to network, performance, system issues is provided. Most of the time our agents will always try their best to help you with web software however we do not guarantee you complete managed service and have a right to reject providing any support related to web software.
What does Unmanaged means?
No support is provided related to web softwares. However you can contact us for any issues related to network, performance, system etc.
